Yun Xuan set down the documents, holding a tranquilizer gun in hand. With one bullet each, he ended the battle.

“Pfft, pfft, pfft, pfft”—all of them fell to the ground. Yun Xuan then took out ten nutrient pods and placed the twenty-five researchers inside, collecting all their belongings—bottles, jars, nothing was spared, not even the spirits and dwarves in the petri dishes.

After clearing the entire room, Yun Xuan wiped away the summoning circle etched on the floor and quietly left Saint Sakura Girls’ High School.

…

On a remote peak in Hokkaido, Japan.

A massive formation was laid out atop the mountain. Within the circle sat a woman dressed in a flowing aqua robe, her long pink hair cascading down, her refined and captivating features illuminated by the soft glow. Before her rested a staff.

“Finally, it’s here,” she murmured, gazing skyward. Rising gracefully, she withdrew a small vial from her bosom and uncorked it. A steady stream of fresh blood poured forth, flowing into the formation.

Above, the full moon shone brilliantly.

“In the name of Asuna the Third, Daughter of the Goddess of Magic, I offer this blood. Let the moonlight converge here, seek the star of the dark night sky, correspond to the truth of heaven and earth. By my name, I summon!” she proclaimed loudly.

The summoning circle flared brightly.

The woman leapt down to the ground and stared intently at the glowing formation.

Carving the summoning circle into stone and searching for the Moonlight Radiance had taken three entire years. Now, the moment had arrived.

“By your name, I come. I am Bai—the blank white!” a voice echoed from within the formation as a girl emerged.

She was slender, with snow-white hair and piercing red eyes. Her long, tangled bangs obscured much of her face. She wore a purple sailor uniform.

“Thank you for coming here,” the woman bowed deeply.

“This city… what place is this?” Bai looked toward the distant horizon.

“This is another world, a technologically advanced one. Actually, I summoned you to make money. The blood used for summoning is stored in an endless vial, but my income isn’t enough to accumulate sufficient blood,” the woman whispered.

“What work do you do here?” Bai turned to ask.

“A… a maid…” the woman blushed deeply.

“Oh, do you have a phone or a computer?” Bai asked, completely unfazed.

“You… you come from another world and you know what phones and computers are?” the woman stared at her in surprise.

“I… come from a city,” Bai said softly as she stepped down from the summoning circle.

“Huh?” The woman’s expression turned innocent, then suddenly her eyes widened in fear. Could it be… had the gods of this world altered the rules?

…

At Research Institute No. 258, Yun Xuan reviewed the memories of each individual, discovering that all were taken by the principal of Saint Sakura Girls’ High School to participate in so-called experiments beyond genius.

“What happens if we erase their memories of the past three years?” Yun Xuan asked.

“There will be memory loss. They won’t recall many things, and even external stimuli won’t restore them,” the intermediate-level AI named Zi replied.

“Erase them,” Yun Xuan said without hesitation.

These people possessed the ability to inscribe summoning circles and practiced a scientific form of summoning magic. They could not be left unchecked.

“So the principal of Saint Sakura Girls’ High School knew as well?” Yun Xuan hesitated briefly. Donned in powered armor, he flew down to the high school below. Using the Snow Battle Mode to freeze time, he entered the principal’s office, also called the school director’s room.

Pushing aside the door, he found the same two women from before. Without courtesy, Yun Xuan shot each with a tranquilizer dart and took them away.

Back at Institute No. 258, he continued extracting memories.

Though it sounded simple, it was actually difficult. Without the aid of the intermediate AI, the extraction risked leaving the subject mentally impaired.

Within the principal’s memories was a vivid image: her mother was a shrine maiden who had mastered summoning circles and had personally summoned for the principal to witness. Later, she left behind the summoning and teleportation circles before disappearing without a trace.

“Could it be she went to another world?” Yun Xuan entertained a bold thought.

After the shrine maiden’s disappearance, an assistant remained but vanished as well. Not even the principal had seen the assistant’s true face, only knowing it was a woman.

The woman close to the principal was innocent and unaware of any of this.

Yun Xuan briefly contemplated and decided to leave the principal alive. An android replica of the principal was swiftly created, memories absorbed, and sent to the office. The same was done for the woman close to the principal.

The principal’s name was Marina Itsukiri—somehow the name reminded Yun Xuan of two anime characters.

“So, Saint Sakura High School is mine now?” Yun Xuan’s eyes lit up. With Marina Itsukiri’s means, he could enter this prestigious girls’ school. Then…

“Yun Xuan, are you thinking something naughty again?” Huìhuì looked at him with disdain.

“Ahem, no way. I’m a pure person,” Yun Xuan quickly dismissed the thought.

…

At three o’clock in the morning, Yun Xuan finally returned to the hotel.

…

Early the next day, Yun Xuan flew back to Fangyu City. With the new semester just days away, there were still things he had to attend to.

For example… Wen Xiaoya’s request.

As soon as Yun Xuan arrived home, he was immediately pulled away by the impeccably dressed Wen Xiaoya.

“Xiaoya, I’m really tired,” Yun Xuan protested with a weary smile.

“I don’t care. Today, big sister wants you to accompany me shopping. Any objections?” Wen Xiaoya gave him a playful glare and looped her arm through his.

“People might misunderstand if you do that, and I’m still a teenage boy going through puberty. This kind of thing makes me flustered,” Yun Xuan felt the soft pressure on his arm and grew embarrassed.

“Oh, I thought you didn’t care about such things anymore. Turns out you’re still a pure little brother. Consider it a gift from your sister. If you behave well, maybe I’ll let you see more,” Wen Xiaoya whispered temptingly in his ear.

“I don’t want that kind of gift,” Yun Xuan said, but his eyes honestly studied Wen Xiaoya’s figure.

“I like you just the way you are—a pure little guy,” Wen Xiaoya smiled mischievously, tightening her hold.

From the arcade to the amusement park, singing at karaoke, drinking at a bar, savoring elegant coffee shops, and tasting street food—Wen Xiaoya was lively and a true foodie. Her tolerance for alcohol was good, though she flushed brightly after drinking.

Sitting on a park bench, enjoying ice cream, Wen Xiaoya smiled and asked, “Yun Xuan, do you like your sister?”

“Maybe. At least, I don’t dislike you,” Yun Xuan answered ambiguously.

“To be honest, I want to do these things with Kaoru—get her drunk and end the night at a hotel. But… I can’t. I really like her, but I understand that yuri relationships have no future. What do you think I should do?” Wen Xiaoya lowered her head, tears falling onto her skirt.

“Find a boyfriend,” Yun Xuan sighed. “You ask me, but who can I ask? Yuri stuff is just hopeless.”

“I don’t have anyone I like. Do you… want to be my last stop?” Wen Xiaoya looked up, locking eyes with Yun Xuan.
